Key Responsibilities
New Business Acquisition: Actively hunt for new industrial clients within a 100-mile radius of the regional hub through aggressive territory management.
Shop & Service Collaboration: Spend dedicated time weekly at the Hickory shop to align field efforts with customer service, ensuring seamless delivery on repair commitments.
Account Development: Maximize the potential of inherited accounts while consistently mapping and breaking into new manufacturing and processing facilities.
CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate data, log field activity, and manage the sales process from initial component pick-up through final delivery and invoicing.
