About the Role
Outside Sales – Compressed Air & Systems
Industry: Compressed Air / Vacuum / Rotating Equipment
Compensation: $70,000 – $100,000 Base (DOE) + Uncapped Commission
OTE: $100,000 – $150,000+
Location: Georgia (Remote Dispatch)
Territory: North Central & West Central GA
Position Type: Permanent / Full-Time

The Opportunity
We have partnered with a leading industrial service organization that operates as a powerhouse in the US compressed air market. They combine the massive resources and stability of a national corporation with the agile, "team-first" culture of a local distributor.
As a master distributor for premier global equipment manufacturers, they are seeking a high-caliber Outside Sales Representative. This role is focused on delivering engineered air solutions, system audits, and long-term capital equipment partnerships across the Georgia industrial landscape.

- Capital Equipment: High-performance Rotary Screw (Single & Two-Stage), Reciprocating, and Vacuum systems.

- Aftermarket & Services: A heavy focus on OEM parts, major overhauls, and customized preventative maintenance plans.
Candidate Requirements
- Industry Experience: 2+ years of proven success in industrial sales (Compressed Air, Pumps, or related Rotating Equipment preferred).
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to walk a plant floor, identify system inefficiencies, and discuss technical specs with Plant Managers and Engineers.
- The "Hunter" Mindset: Driven to find new business while effectively managing and growing an established territory.
- Field Readiness: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout North Central & West Central GA.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Selling: Execute sales of complete compressor packages and system upgrades.
- Total Cost of Ownership: Perform system assessments to provide clients with energy-saving solutions and ROI calculations.
- Aftermarket Growth: Drive revenue through the sale of service plans, overhauls, and specialized replacement parts.
- Territory Management: Build a pipeline within the manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and food & beverage sectors.
