The Opportunity
Industrial Recruitment Group have partnered with a leading Industrial service organization that operates as a powerhouse in the US compressed air market. They combine massive resources and stability of a national corporation with the agile, "team-first" culture of a local distributor.
Due to significant regional expansion and their status as a master distributor for global equipment brands, they are seeking accountable, "pro-grade" technicians. This is a field-based role focusing on high-level diagnostics, maintenance, and emergency repair of rotary screw, centrifugal, and high-pressure systems.

Elite Fleet & Tech: Specialized service truck (equipped with a crane for large air ends), fuel card, iPad, and iPhone provided and fully expensed.
Factory Training: Guaranteed opportunity to attend premium factory training schools to earn advanced certifications on the latest compression technology.
Remote Dispatch: Service vehicle provided; ability to dispatch directly from your residence for field assignments.
Specialty Tool Support: All heavy and specialty tools provided; technicians are required to maintain their own basic hand tools.
Work-Life Balance: Standard 40-hour weeks with a manageable, balanced on-call rotation (one week every 5–6 weeks).
Full Benefits Suite: Comprehensive corporate package including 401(k) with match, plus Medical, Dental, PTO and Health coverage.
Candidate Requirements
Technical Expertise: 2+ years of hands-on experience with industrial air compressors (Rotary Screw/Reciprocating/Centrifugal preferred).
Preferred Certifications: EPA 608 certification required for refrigerated dryer service.
Industrial Gas Knowledge: Experience supporting air separation systems or major industrial gas providers is a significant advantage.
Professionalism: We are looking for "customer-facing" technicians, professionals who are confident in their technical delivery and communication.
Field Readiness: Valid driver’s license mandatory for regional travel within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Perform full teardowns, inspections, and reassembly of premium global brands to factory standards. Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration sub-systems (including desiccant and refrigerant dryers). Operate and maintain heavy-duty field equipment, including truck-mounted cranes for large-scale air end removals. Collaborate with the sales and leadership teams to provide technical solutions that drive long-term client reliability.
If you are looking for a team that values accountability and offers a clear path to master-level technical training, we encourage you to reach out. We operate as specialist advisory partners and will provide a full market overview and a detailed breakdown of what’s in it for you.
